Internet-of-Things (IoT) Remote Monitoring

With the use of IoT, rich infield data that is generated by different sensor modules, enabling growers to make smart decisions by forecasting and optimizing the farm’s setting. The more data collected, more detail of the picture and better decision could be made for the best yields

Cloud Computing Infrastructure

In order to study data in a more effective way, it is important to be able to have access to this information via the cloud. Through IoT, this data can now be accessed anywhere at any time allowing our consultancy teams and farmers to monitor it remotely. At the same time, the data can be connected to a much more powerful server for analysis to provide better insights for the farmers.

Data Gateway

With a mixture of macro and micro data from the farms and the plants themselves sent via a gateway to the cloud data backend. Additional analysis can be carried out to better understand how various factors are affecting the health of the crop. Using this understanding, a detailed overall picture of the plants can be constructed to provide guidelines for the farmers for increasing efficiency.

Plant Science throws new light on hidden data

Farming is no longer a dark art. By applying scientific methods to farming, we are now able to shine new light on exactly what is required to maximize output. With the help of a variety of sensors, we are able to better study the delicate balance that different plants have with their environments. Using a wide range of datasets in conjunction with accurate control over the elements such as the spectrum and intensity of light, we can take detailed measurements to determine how changing certain factors affects the health of the plants.

LED Grow lights for optimum plant growth

Our Grow lights meet the highest, world-class PPF/PPE performance levels and product quality. All our Grow lights are designed to deliver long-lasting operational performance with minimum degradation throughout their operational lives. Accurate optical design provides uniform light distribution to ensure all plants are illuminated evenly without missing corners. The lights respond to network-system commands to alter the intensity of the light to provide constantly optimal spectrums and PPF that also save energy. They have passed all the industrial Grow light standards including the DLC (Design Lights Consortium) certificate in the US, ensuring the highest safety, performance and reliability standards.

HARDWARE

During the entire crop’s growth period, rich infield data from light fixture, sensors and more IoT devices, enabling growers to make smart decisions by forecasting and optimizing the farm’s setting.  Through data-driven Agtech, growers can easily manage significantly more area and increase yields while reducing costs.

Light Fixture Feedback

Two ways communication is always better than one way. That is, fixture feedback can provide the real-time light fixture conditions, including the energy usage, status of the LED modular and etc. This information enables farmers to make decisions about lighting strategies, crop management and maintenance optimization.

Wireless Dimmable Control

Wireless dimmable control is a lighting control system that allowing growers to remotely adjust the brightness of the LED lights via wireless network connection. This help farmers optimize their energy consumption and reduce electricity bills by dimming the lights when they are not needed.

Sensor Modules

In order to better study and understand how plants are doing, we need to collect a variety of information such as temperature, humidity, CO2, and electrochemical soil compositions. Many of these require different types of sensors tailored for the specific application. Often the same type of reading might be needed from different locations to provide a more holistic picture of the entire farm.
